CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021: Final decision
The board has earlier said that the decision will be taken in the first week of June, and MoE now states that the decision to conduct CBSE 12 Board Exam 2021 can be taken by May 25.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic & surge in the number of positive cases, many students & parents are demanding cancellation of exams.
A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of India to cancel CBSE 12th board exams 2021 & ISC 12th board exams 2021.
It is expected that Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' might hold a high-level meeting soon and a decision is expected around 25th May 2021
As CBSE in view of rising covid-19 cases had announced that they are postponing the class 12 board exam 2021 which were scheduled to start on May 4 and end on June 14, 2021.
Aplea has been filed in the Supreme Court (SC) to cancel Class 12 examination 2021 by Advocate Mamta Sharma. The plea demands that the Class 12 result must be declared on the basis of ‘objective methodology’ within a specific timeframe.
The petition in SC is directed towards, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE)
